The rubber base ring keeps this unit from easily tipping and helps to protect floors while the stainless steel dome top inhibits users from placing waste on top of unit. Constructed from recycled heavy gauge 304-grade stainless steel and powder-coated. steel; it won't easily rust and its hygienic surface has no pores that harbor dirt or bacteria for an extremely long service-life and a clean, elegant look.
